Who is NYKON?
GABE NYBAKKEN
Nybakken Construction Services (NYKON) was born from the desire to ensure Construction Projects are being delivered successfully, efficiently, and completely.
With over 20 years of experience working in the construction industry, Gabe has contributed to construction projects from all sides of the table. Through self-employment and working for various contractors, he has been a Laborer, Carpenter, Estimator and Project Manager.
He took that construction knowledge with him to meticulously handle Construction Administration at an Engineering and Architecture firm ensuring projects were built as designed and contract obligations were fulfilled.
Gabe later stepped into a role as Owner's Rep and Facilities Manager for a Government Agency responsible for managing capital improvement projects, asset maintenance and management, and managing staff carpenters.
Gabe has a deep understanding of the entire life cycle of a project. No matter the role, the goal was always the same: to provide the project owners with the best possible completed project by following the processes set in place.
